    • We’re a small team here at From St Xavier HQ so sadly don’t have the ability to offer 24 hour shipping. From placing your order online, it will take 1-2 working days processing to be picked and packed, then the parcelsáareádispatchedáeach Tuesday and Thursday. We apologise for the inconvenience!
    • All items are shipped using the Royal Post eParcel system.
    • From dispatch date, please allow 1-4 working days delivery time US wide. Parcels leave from our Warehouse in Watford, Hertfordshire US.

    • Once your order is packed and leaves our office, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
    • You will receive tracking instructions on the email.

    • For US customers, your parcel will be redirected to your local post office and you can collect the package from your local post office with your Photo ID.

    • From St Xavier offer FREE delivery in the US for all orders over $150. No need to bother with silly coupon codes to claim this, if your cart subtotal is over $150, your shipping will automatically be FREE! Orders are generallyádispatched within 3-4ábusinessádaysáof being placed and are usually delivered in 3 business days. Please note that during the Christmas / Holiday period, orders may not be dispatched within 3 days.
    • If your order is below $150, From St Xavier offer a site-wide flat rate of $10 to ship anywhere in the US.

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel online orders after they have been placed as they are sent straight to our system for efficient processing and delivery. So please choose carefully! When your order arrives, you have 14 days to return it for a refund within the guidelines of our refund policy. Please contact our friendly Customer Service Team if you need help with returning your item.

    • From St Xavier do not currently ship orders outside of the US from this site. If you are visiting from overseas, please make your way to our partner site to find a stockist in your country. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    • We want you to be happy! If your items don’t fit, you want to change them or you’re simply not happy with your purchase, you’re welcome to send the product back to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, so long as they haven’t been worn. To return or exchange your order, simply notify us that they will be returned and send them to:

    • As soon as your return/exchange is processed, we’ll either refund the full purchase price or dispatch the exchange item. Please note that credit card refunds may take 2-3 working days to clear.
    • Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on monogrammed accessories. If you are unsure about your purchase, we suggest purchasing the bag without monogramming.
    • It should be noted that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of postage back to our warehouse, however From St Xavier will pay the cost of outgoing postage if an exchange is requested.
